That estimate does not cover all jail releases. Oregon SB 48 means automatic bail is not the general route for new charges. Individual decisions and standing pretrial orders can instead lead to recognizance, conditional release, or an arraignment hold. Warrant matters with a set amount remain a distinct path, and the payer needs photo identification and the exact amount because the jail cannot make change.

Jefferson County contains both the county jail and Deer Ridge, a state prison about four miles east of Madras. That overlap creates a local trap. If the county record names DOC, search by name or SID and match the identity through available details. A future projected date is planning information, not an actual release.
